Malo Yachts in the ARC
Whilst we are in the middle of a cold winter, the ARC fleet are heading across the Atlantic to warmer weather. This year two Malo Yachts are in the cruising section and both from the UK. 'Catou' a Malo 39 and 'Maymio', a Malo 42, both from Devon are currently heading for Rodney Bay in St Lucia.
This years event is a test of seamanship and patience as the fleet started in light winds, was treated to some heavy weather upwind sailing and then back into calm weather again. Progess is slow and the bulk of the fleet are still over 1,000 miles from the finish line. Find out more at http://www.worldcruising.com
